Vesta is the goddess of the hearth and one of the most powerful goddesses.

She mentored Emily Jacobs on how to control her powers as the Flame of Olympus.


Pegasus and the Flame - When Pegasus crashes on her roof and later they come in contact with Diana while hiding from the CRU, Diana tells her that the reason Pegasus came to Earth was to find the "Daughter of Vesta" to relight the flame. At the end of the book when Emily sacrifices herself in the Temple Of The Flame, When she is reborn, Vesta is one of the first people she sees.
